Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We're working on opening up international delivery — join our mailing list and we'll let you know when we do.
Delivery cost
- Free UK delivery on all orders over £25
- Orders under £25: a flat rate of £3.95
How long it takes
Orders typically arrive within 9–14 working days.
We want to be straight with you about why. Our training aids ship directly from our manufacturing partners overseas rather than from a UK warehouse. That's how we keep a swing trainer at £29.99 instead of £70 — but it does mean you're waiting longer than you would from a high-street retailer. We'd rather tell you that clearly than promise next-day delivery and let you down.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and tracking details by email once your parcel is on its way.
Multiple items
If you order more than one product, items may arrive separately and on different days. Nothing has gone wrong — they're simply sent from different fulfilment points. Your tracking will cover each parcel.
Delays
Customs checks, postal backlogs and busy periods can occasionally add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 working days, email us at hello@strayshotgolf.com with your order number and we'll either chase it or refund you in full.
Delivery addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched we're unable to redirect it. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll refund the item cost less the postage.
