Refund policy

Your right to cancel. If you're in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

How to start a return: email hello@strayshotgolf.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.

Condition: items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible. We may reduce your refund if the item has been handled more than necessary to check it.

Return postage: unless the item is faulty or wrongly supplied, you're responsible for the cost of returning it.

Faulty or damaged items: email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including postage.

Refund timing: refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return, or of you providing proof of postage.
